      Pros

      I get to do my homework on the job, and the work is extremely easy. The main tasks of this job are answering phone calls and running errands.

      Cons

      They only let you work 20 hours and the pay is minimum wage, but most of the time there's nothing to do and you can just do homework.

      Great atmosphere and truly excellent benefits. Every day is a little different.

      Cons

      Need to wear a lot of different hats and understand both the academic and business sides, which can be challenging. Having to pay for parking.

      Very flexible working schedule and super friendly supervisors. It is a great place to work overall.

      Cons

      Continuous monitoring of your work and your time on calls can feel intimidating, but overall, the staff is very supportive.
