Comfortable work experience. "Status Quo" job, but not very challenging. - Web Applications Developer Arizona State University Employee Review

Pros

Great benefits, and generous vacation. 4 weeks of vacation + 10 holidays, 12 sick days a year. Tuition waivers for yourself and your family.

Cons

Compensation below average, but there's opportunity if you make it work. The work becomes repetitive and sometimes boring. Don't feel challenged enough at work. You usually do the work of multiple people, but who doesn't these days? No formal software development process. Bureaucratic deployment/development process. Must self-learn since there aren't many other developers to share skills with.
