A Decent Place to Make a Career - Senior Communications Specialist Arizona State University Employee Review

It's challenging to move into a leadership role if you're starting from the bottom up. It's best to gain experience elsewhere and come back if your wish is to obtain a leadership position. Also, in terms of who is steering the ship, this place is still very white and very male. I'd like to see a greater push toward diversity and inclusion in executive leadership positions.
