      Tuition waiver and health benefits, great vacation accrual, relatively flexible schedules depending on the unit, and lots of room to move around the university in various capacities.

      Cons

      Seems to be a lot of unqualified leadership, and it's a huge university so not every unit has the same standard of doing things.

      Great atmosphere and truly excellent benefits. Every day is a little different.

      Cons

      Need to wear a lot of different hats and understand both the academic and business sides, which can be challenging. Having to pay for parking.

      Very flexible working schedule and super friendly supervisors. It is a great place to work overall.

      Cons

      Continuous monitoring of your work and your time on calls can feel intimidating, but overall, the staff is very supportive.
