Pros
Easy to get hired. One of the few companies in town that still does paper applications where you can just walk in and talk to a manager face to face and not have to go through ridiculous online process or a million iny interviews.
Cons
Typical corporate mindset. They do not care if you make money (tips) or not, all they care about is how much work they can get out of you for the $8.25 an hour they pay you. Management is never present on the floor to deal with costumer issues. Management has no labor restraints so expect to work more than your scheduled hours on an already overstaffed shift where no one can make money, all because it makes managements job easier to have as many employees on as possible to throw at angry customers that come in angry from the casino floor. Rather than management helping out a smaller staff.
