Pros

I've been at Arkana for 2 years as a member of the technology team. Having worked in other healthcare orgs and technology focused orgs this is the first place where I feel I've been able to experiment, fail, and ultimately create real impact!

Cons

Arkana is in the midst of a huge building remodel and the end result will be beautiful, but for now the noise, mess, and constantly changing entry/exits has been distracting.

Pros

I’ve been with Arkana for several years and have been very happy with my career journey here. I started in an entry-level role, and within my first year, leadership encouraged me to grow within the department. They consistently provided constructive feedback to help me improve and sharpen my skills. Arkana offers employees fair and equal opportunities to advance through programs like their leadership training initiatives. The company places a strong emphasis on collaboration and open communication through regular feedback channels like surveys, performance reviews, and town halls. They also demonstrate genuine care for employee well-being with generous PTO and thoughtful perks that create a positive, supportive environment. It’s a healthy workplace with plenty of room for growth and development. Most importantly, Arkana’s dedication to patient care stands out. The team goes above and beyond to deliver accurate, high-quality results with quick turnaround times while maintaining strong communication with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the best care possible.

Cons

Chaotic workflows: Like many fast-paced labs, things can feel a bit chaotic at times, but leadership continues to work on improving processes and structure. Cross-Department Communication: At times, communication between departments can be a challenge, but there’s been a visible effort to improve collaboration.
