Pros

Good pay and benefits for Arkansas CEO is an actual good, moral person Lots of expertise in house Community minded

Cons

Some people may think it is good that they DO NOT fire executives, ever. But if you work for one of those executives, it's a terrible thing. They keep ineffective executives no matter what, and it has caused valuable, long-time employees to leave. If they lose Walmart as an account, many people will and should lose their jobs. People work very slow because they are not held accountable. I heard somewhere "your employees should be like a Super Bowl team, not like your family. You can recruit the best for a Super Bowl team, but you are stuck with your family." Arkansas Blue Cross treats people like family, but then you CAN NOT get rid of them, no matter how ineffective they are. That is a ridiculous way to run a business.
