While the company offers interesting challenges, my experience with the culture was difficult. Collaboration was often overshadowed by internal competition, making it harder to build trust and strong peer relationships. As Arkestro grows, I believe leadership has an important opportunity to strengthen employee support, recognition, and inclusivity so that company values are reflected not only in messaging but also in everyday employee experiences.
