I haven't had luck with my manager but cannot talk about the rest... I don't see much manager trainings. There are guidelines for performance reviews, goals and regular check-ins with your manager but in practice that doesn't happen often. Haven't had any skip level either. No feedback culture and communication with employees has room for improvement.
I don't see much room for career development but that may be my department. Cannot speak for the others.
401K match is 50% and the capping was reduced from 4K to 2K this year, so not nice.
Bonus never gets to 100% and it has been recently paid through vested RSUs so you don't get cash, but you can sell shares. Not ideal.
RSU's vesting is 4 years vesting annually. It doesn't compare to other Bay Area companies where majority is 3 years with vestings every 4-6 months.
