Everyone consistently bends over backwards to meet Finance department requests with little appreciation and improvement. Everyone must commit to Finance deadlines but Finance does not commit back or even to their own, leads to a lot of spin and rework on other teams
- top heavy leadership: lots of people at the top of the pyramid and lacking in employees who execute the vision. Company reprioritizing too often because of resource issues
- HR asks new hires to leave glassdoor reviews in the first 90 days of employment which is not enough time to form a well rounded opinion on the company
