Free lunch vouchers are a trend that some (tech) companies have or are moving towards. It is an added benefit for the employee, is an option that is being considered in the Flex pot mentioned earlier this year for ARM employees.
We try to keep the benefits across ARM equally to all employees, so the issue comes in that the cost of feeding a smaller office is much easier than the other larger offices.
