      Pros

      I started one and half years ago at ARM and I like it! The company treats engineers with high respect and offers competitive rewards and benefits. The IoT business unit I work for is doing truly full-stack development, from embedded to backend and web front and everything in-between so my skill set is almost guaranteed to stay future-proof. Competent colleagues and the office location at the very center of Oulu don't hurt either. All in all, I very much enjoy my position as Software Engineer at ARM.

      The future of IoT business is uncertain, and the fast growing office brings in some challenges.

      Thanks for leaving a review, and it's good to see one from our Oulu office! Engineers are the core of our company, both from a hardware and software point of view. One of our Software Directors spoke to the People team last week and gave a great analogy: "Hardware without software is just really expensive sand while software without hardware is just thought."
