Software Engineer - Anonymous employee Arm Employee Review

We highly encourage a flexible work environment, and have run a trial with a specific team on how we can encourage more of our employees to think outside the mindset of the traditional 8-5 work day. The results were quite interesting, and are available for review on the company intranet! In regards to salary/benefits, most people tend to look at the base salary when doing a comparison.
