Pros

Good learning experience, really learning something instead of just hanging around. Weekly report and feedback from intern supervisor is useful. My supervisor is able to connect me to the right people to ask questions and solve problems. Good support from experienced engineers.

Cons

Groups and offices scattered around. Often you have to communicate with people in other offices over email or phone or travel around. In my opinion this is not quite efficient.

Thanks for leaving a review! As we are a growing, global business there is often a lot of communication that has to happen across time zones and offices which gives people across Arm global experience and perhaps a few air miles or two. Our campus expansion will also soon complete at our Cambridge HQ and so this should also help reduce time travelling between the offices in the local area!

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
