Pros

I think it's one of very few companies who value 'Work/Life Balance' to a large extent. There is a healthy competition among the peers and it helps in keep yourself on your toes. Management is almost without bias and good work gets a recognition. Technical prowess in a single domain is welcomed and rewarded. Working from home isn't frowned upon.

Cons

Compensation could be on the higher side, depending on how you are looking at the glass of water. RSU's very a big value add before but that hasn't been suitably replaced.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
