Pros
You obviously get to work with lots of Arm technology and interface with very knowledgeable people in the field of processor architecture. All colleagues are quite capable and your direct management is great at providing you with really nice challenges and also all the tools you may require to work on them. Additionally to all that the bonus package is great in terms of value.
Cons
The worst part of working at Arm (if you're Cambridge based) has nothing to do with the company itself directly but the location. The public transport is not great in Cambridge. In the end you'll have to rely on the bicycle to move around.
