Pros

Solid brand name and Softbank acquisition raising the profile further. Big opportunity to make an impact in certain areas.

Cons

Politics and positioning are getting worse post-acquisition. Mgmt./HR seems to be convinced that offering small cash bonuses instead of equity will retain talent or allow for top talent acquisition. This is a big issue. What kind of top talent joins a tech company with no equity comp and middle of the road cash comp. HR is still in the honeymoon phase of SoftBank acquisition. Bonus % are not market competitive, and new cash incentives are measly. No upside of joining Arm at this point. This is commonly discussed at Arm and HR seems blind to it.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
