Thanks for leaving a review! Finding a place that can house 700+ employees while also providing parking requires a lot of planning, with the current facilities at Encino Trace offering both. Since we signed up as one of the original tenants during pre-construction, we also had ample feedback and say in the layout/design of the building. The idea was to being able to house everyone all in one spot as opposed to spread out over multiple building, similar to our Cambridge offices. That said, we do offer a lot of flexible working, providing employees with the tools they need to remote login to access data/HPC as needed. The work-life balance you mentioned also extends to the trust we have in our employees to get their work done. This could mean you work a different time shift, say from 6am-3pm, to avoid traffic, or from 8am-3pm to head home and pick up your kids, while then finishing up the last 2 hours from home. I encourage you to talk to your line manager on more flexible working scenarios, as ultimately it starts with the employee/line manager relationship. -Rick C. Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
