Pros
From an engineering point of view, Arm is a very collaborative place. There are very very smart people willing to help everybody to provide the best results. I would say this is the most precious asset of the company. Arm is investing in many areas and trying to expand its profit areas. As a side-effect it creates many opportunities for current employees. There are a lot of interesting benefits and training opportunities. I appreciate the company is interested in listening to (sometimes very curious) employees needs and do their best to keep everybody happy in the benefits package.
Cons
The internal conference/meetings/message communicator, does not work. IT is messy, really not good. Salary is below the average.
