New CEO wants to Arm to be lean and mean to compete at the highest level. This means shedding off old skin and reshaping the focus. But the way thigs are happening seems like there will not be a great culture here going ahead. Success will come at the cost of culture. Things happening at Arm reflects great contempt by the CEO towards how the company had worked previously. The makeover seems brutal as if it was a loss making entity or heading towards a disaster. But in-fact all the change is to maximize profit. He has a yr experience at NVIDIA and he wants to take the same route.
