Pros

People are generally friendly and helpful. Small-company culture means there's only minimal bureaucracy. People work hard, but there's a good work/life balance. Meetings are used sparingly and for big-picture tasks. When you need to talk to someone, you walk to their desk or IM them, which means problems can be solved faster. Free soda and coffee.

Cons

Nothing I can think of.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
