Thanks for leaving a review! Regarding our IT/infrastructure, since we have grown so quickly in a short amount of time, our services have not kept up with our growth. We are correcting this by hiring additional IT staff to make sure that we are set to grow even further in the future. Employee pay is also something that the Rewards team is researching across all groups and locations. Once completed, we will adjust compensation as needed company wide. We hope you had an enjoyable intern experience in Austin and perhaps hope to see you back as a Graduate Engineer once you complete your studies! -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
