Pros

Decent salary, good benefits and bonus packages. You are what you make of yourself at ARM. Opportunities to progress career if you take them.

Cons

Cambridge area is expensive, particularly housing. Company struggling a bit with logistics of headcount growth, but new facilities should help with that.

Thanks for leaving a review! You're absolutely right that we've struggled with the logistics of headcount growth, and we're working to correct that in both of the facilities and the processes we have in place (HR, IT, etc.). It's one of the few cons to doing so well, we're expanding rapidly to the point we've overgrown our current housing capacity. As noted with previous reviews, we're reviewing the total rewards package across all regions and groups which could address the cost of living factor of Cambridge. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
