Pros

Ethical and socially engaged. Good work/life balance. Technically challenging and fascinating work. innovation and proactivity recognised and rewarded. Very friendly. Some very, very bright people!

Cons

Cambridge is a wonderful place to live but is also expensive. Office space is at a premium but expansion plans are underway to bring everyone onto the same campus in 2016.

Thanks for leaving a review! The Austin office employees recently moved in to a new building, and it's a big upgrade in terms of space. One of the good problems to have, growing so fast that we out grow our facilities! I know everyone in the Cambridge office can't wait to be able to stretch out a bit more once the new office is finished. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
