Pros
Salary is good. Work from home (60% home max) is allowed. Many activities organized during lunch break (yoga… work out room in the facilities…) Field of work is both challenging and passioning.
Cons
This company operates with a short-term mindset, often focusing on immediate result. Certain preparation work (automation..) required to increase the productivity over time are not considered enough. Due to the company's short-term approach, there is an immense pressure to meet deadlines, despite not having the required flow and tooling in place. Management should also be trained more. Sometimes, I feel that their primary incentive is money, whereas there could be many other ways to keep people motivated, such as providing opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies, provide proper trainings…
