Good work life balance. A global company, you have a lot of opportunity to work globally.

Cons

ARM is hardware background, it seems not very friendly to software people.

Thanks for leaving a review Historically, yes, we were more of a hardware company. As the company has grown, our engineers and developers are now about 50% in hardware and 50% in software, so we definitely need to be friendly to the folks in software! We have teams around the globe that focus on software, be it for the mBed OS or verification tools for our partners. If there is a specific instance you feel that ARM is not treating employees working in software equally to those of software, please do connect with me and let us know, as we are making ARM a great place to work for all employees! -Rick C. Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
