Pros

The work environment and culture is great. Atmosphere is mostly relaxed, but when push comes to shove people are prepared to go the extra mile. We've had great progress with our latest products. Compensation is good compared to local competition. Vacation and sabbatical are great benefits.

Cons

Product cycles are short, and the whole team is mostly occupied with the current or previous release in some way, which means features and changes that need longer commitment is not prioritized. The overhead involved in product releases also contribute to this squeeze. We need to change something about how we work to allow for changes that require longer development. US and UK sites are closer to leadership and there is some hassle involved in ensuring compensation in Norway follows development there.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
