Thanks for leaving a review. As noted in previous review responses, we have noticed the increase of reviews from the Bangalore office. All reviews are being reviewed by the regional People team Manager as well Guru to see where we need to address the issues these reviews are bringing to light. In regards to salary, a complete review was done last year to address regions/groups, with salary adjustments as needed. All employees should now be in the 75% band, which means that you salary will be higher than 75% of other people with similar titles/functions in your region.
