Appreciate you sharing your thoughts, glad to hear you’re finding strong support, smart investment and great people around you. Getting the fundamentals right, from project planning to compensation, is key to building momentum and delivering at scale. You’re right that silos can sometimes slow things down; we’re working to break those barriers and streamline how teams connect and collaborate. If you’ve got ideas on how we can do that better, we’d love to hear them, thanks again for being part of the journey.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
