Appreciate you sharing your experience from Austin. It’s great to hear how much you’re getting out of the breadth of work at Arm, from hardware IP to software stacks, the range of opportunities is a huge strength, especially for early-career engineers. You’re right that Arm is powering much of the AI revolution, and it’s exciting to know you feel connected to that impact. Glad the experience has been so positive so far, we’re glad to have you on the team.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
