You’re right that there’s strong focus on developing Saudi talent, in line with national priorities, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of fair opportunity. If you feel your growth has stalled, speak with your manager or the People team so they can help you map a path forward. Pressure is part of fast-paced teams, but you shouldn’t be carrying that alone, raise it early so support can be put in place.
