Pros

- Competitive salary - Good stock bonus - Flexible working - Nice office - Social activities - Good work-life balance - Varied workforce, DEI centric - People treat you with respect

Cons

- Maybe a bit of a turn to try to improve profitability now that we're a public company and that puts some pressure (some say, Americanization of the company). - Sometimes you have impossible deadlines, but you do what you can, nobody expects you to work after hours for a planning error.

Thanks for sharing such a thoughtful review. It’s brilliant to hear you’ve had a positive long-term experience at Arm, from flexible working and great colleagues to a strong sense of DEI and mutual respect. That’s exactly the kind of environment we strive to create. You’ve raised some fair points about the transition to life as a public company and the pace that comes with our ambition. We’re conscious of the pressure that can bring and are always working to balance momentum with sustainability. Really appreciate your reflections on leadership too, that feedback helps us continue to evolve and earn people’s trust.

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
