Pros

Great talented people in the team Compensation is decent

Cons

Relocated from EU country. HR helping for relocation are doing the bare minimum, just got the visa for self. When asked for spouse visa support, it was declined despite in policy spouse visa sponsorship was supported for a year from date of joining. Also there is no help in terms of finding accommodation and getting support for relocation. Help to find accommodation is valid for 2 days only, which is impossible to find house in 2 days. Also HR won't reply to queries in weeks which gets frustrating.
