Management plays the blame game, even when they themselves don't know how things work. Additionally, when interviewing candidates, management claims there is no "blame game". Mistakes are NOT tolerated by Management - so make sure you're a perfect person. New ideas are not heard, or even considered. There seem to be cliques among the employees. Benefits are below average. Lots of Nepotism- One person in my group did not even have to interview or submit her resume; she just got hired because she had a family member who was working in the company.
