Pros

I love the positive atmosphere, how motivated everyone is to make a difference to our member's lives. It feels like so much more than a job here.

Cons

We're small so there isn't a lot of money floating around.

Pros

Flexibility, co workers. That's about it

Cons

Management will not listen to employee concerns. Instead they gaslight or make up an answer that is not related to concerns, emails to HR are not confidential, too much gossip, terrible pay for workload.
