Armstrong is great company, with family owned values. Having been with the company for over fifteen years, I have seen my share of people come and go. What I have learned is that the opportunities are there, you just must put in the effort to achieve them. Armstrong offers an amazing tuition reimbursement package to employees. Having worked through numerous industry certifications, an associate degree, and bachelor’s degree, I know firsthand the lengths they will go to help their employees achieve their professional goals. Take the time to invest in yourself. With around 30 more years until retirement, I am optimistic that my future within the organization will remain bright!
