Pros

Armstrong is a cable company who truly balances the importance of serving the customer, employee and balancing the bottom line. Even though they strive to have the best customer service in the industry and the technicians work hard and put in long hours, they have metrics to make sure that the employee is getting home on time to spend time with their family more often than not. As a service technician, the pay scale is very progressive and if you apply yourself through online courses, you can move up the pay scale very quickly. Transparency in the organization is high. So much so, that the President of the company and the VP make yearly visits to each individual office in the company and spend time in small group settings to learn how they can make the company better from the ground floor up.

Cons

Can be late hours now and then.

Pros

The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

Cons

I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
