      Pros

      Armstrong cares about their business and success. They are strategic and thoughtful. Pay is fair as well as PTO and medical insurance. Management is involved by willing to get down to your level.

      Cons

      Rigid in flexibility. No WFH and you have to use PTO for sick time, which in my opinion encourages sick employees to come into work.

      Pros

      The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
