Upper management makes some decisions that are very difficult to understand. People or departments are sometimes pitted against each other. It is very difficult to change positions inside the company.

- If you want to grow your career , sky is the limit. - Great People, managers. They give you all the support you need. - I worked directly with Engineering Director. If you get a chance to work with him , nothing better than that. What you get is new idea to work upon and great technical expert to support you. - The best part is, if you think you can work on something then there is always a way for you. Meaning, if you are an Electrical Engineer who can write a code, you can work with firmware team also. - A very good Pay. - Work and life balance. With my 6 months old daughter and 8 years old boy I could manage very well. - Flexible work hours - A Christmas Vacation.

- Need more meeting rooms other than that nothing.
