Cons

very difficult or tough to communicate with employer. no response to emails phone calls or concerns. Delayed payroll is regular norm.

Pros

I do not have any pro's for this company. Possibly in the future if some key individuals loose their jobs then maybe. I watched this company go from reasonable to downright intolerable. I would suggest finding another place of employment

Cons

Insurance rates are high, coverage is bad. Salaries are low. Constant fighting between departments. No sense of honesty or loyalty.
