Good Working environment, Innovation and technology Driven, Good Work life balance

Cons

Lacks in perks for employees actually nothing more than salary which too is not very much upto the market standard. HR Policies are not up to the mark. Limited Growth

Pros

I do not have any pro's for this company. Possibly in the future if some key individuals loose their jobs then maybe. I watched this company go from reasonable to downright intolerable. I would suggest finding another place of employment

Cons

Insurance rates are high, coverage is bad. Salaries are low. Constant fighting between departments. No sense of honesty or loyalty.
