None - Not even a free apartment is worth it.

Cons

This company uses the free apartment to say you either do this or be fired and then you will need to move out within 3 days. They lead by fear based, corporate bullying is constant. Resident managers are nothing more than glorified leasing consultants, They have no power to make any changes. Everything goes through the corporate office. This company is always being sued by former employees due to their illegal business practices. Honestly, do not even waste a second working for this company. Go to a more respected company that respect both their employees and also and residents

Pros

Working in the corporate office has been a very positive experience. The company does a great job taking care of its staff, and the team is both friendly and professional. We regularly have employee meal events, staff celebrations, holiday contests, and employee picnics with games and prizes, which adds a fun element to the workplace. Employees are treated with respect, and there’s a strong emphasis on maintaining a supportive, positive environment. Overall, it feels like a place where people genuinely care about one another, collaborate well, and still make room for a little fun.
