Pros

Although not everyone gets along well, there is usually great camaraderie out in the field. "Nothing unites like a common enemy." (Most, if not all, feel/felt treated badly by upper management.)

Cons

I found this online. ***Characteristics of a Bad Employer*** #1 was "Bad reputation of a company". In all my life, I have never seen...heard or known of a company that treats employees so badly, unfairly and unkindly. Arnel has a terrible reputation as an employer. I went on an interview after working for Arnel and during my interview process, I had 3 different people ask my how I stayed with Arnel as long as I did. (They knew of Arnel's reputation.😏) When I was there, there was so much deceit and evil going on, it was scary! It trickles down from the top and they train their Regionals to lie and deceive. (Which is sad #badexamples) They would threaten us with our jobs...constantly. Since I left about 1+ yrs ago, they have lost or fired so many people. Including many from Corporate. HIGH TURNOVER at Arnel happens for a reason. Beware job hunters.

Pros

Working in the corporate office has been a very positive experience. The company does a great job taking care of its staff, and the team is both friendly and professional. We regularly have employee meal events, staff celebrations, holiday contests, and employee picnics with games and prizes, which adds a fun element to the workplace. Employees are treated with respect, and there’s a strong emphasis on maintaining a supportive, positive environment. Overall, it feels like a place where people genuinely care about one another, collaborate well, and still make room for a little fun.

The company truly cares about employee morale and the people I work with are amazing.

Sometimes you'll be asked to do things that are not in your job description but it's never a task that is difficult.
