1. Delayed salary: Never receive salary in an honorable way. Always have to fight for last month salary. Salary delay is almost 45 days after continues calling and visiting. 2. Medical Insurance: Every company in UAE provides medical insurance while they will deduce from your salary. 3. Salary is quite low, 40 to 50 percent low, if you are consultant in UAE 4. After all these things If you ask for resignation, then you see the real face of management. You will have never face unethical people like them in whole life. They will not let you go. For last month or two months salary and end of benefits become a dream. Nobody get that. They will let you sign before giving salary, otherwise they will not cancel your visa. Lot of more to say Why would I write all this to waste my time because I suffered and want other to be aware of these facts. Try to join job from some other consultancy.
