Worst Company in my 10yr career - Senior Consultant Arowana Consulting Employee Review

There are several things 1- Salary is always one month delay, so if employee leaves then company has his 1 month salary pending. 2- HR agreed to provide medical/other benefits but after hiring they didn't fulfill the commitments. 3- Management always gives false/incorrect statements and never fulfill those statement. So I started to not to believe on any things said by Arowana. 4- EoS/Last Pending salary is captured and not released after 2 years but they say we will give (nobody know when, might be after death of employee) 5- If there is option even with less package, join that but don't get trapped by this company.
