Waiting for more than 3 years for Full and Final settlement - Software Engineer Arowana Consulting Employee Review

Hire and Fire. No work life balance. Salary is paid very very late, sometimes in the third or fourth week. Full and Final settlement never done. There is no management now, people with 6 - 7 Years of substandard experience are now the management of the company.
