no pros. Bad company, bad polices, bad managers, bad owner I was hired on payroll in dubai, after one month i was on bench and company asked me to mark LOP- Loss of pay. I did lot of fight with bad higher management and finally asked to leave this bad company. Manager did not know how to talk to employees, used very bad words against employees.
