Management is very supportive of new ideas and initiatives and gives you freedom to work. No politics or micro-management, people are very supportive of each other and there's so much room for growth.

Good starting salary, fair commission schedule, one product is very unique, large territories, formal partner program to try to encourage more partner involvement and revenue, good personalities in staff members

Asia pacific attention more than North America, low partner penetration, very lean field engineering support, major competition from vendors
