Pros
The working environment is friendly. You can get access to knowledge of kernel if you like. What you want to do depends on you. System of tracing bugs & managing code is very functional. No need to worry about trivial bothers while working.
Cons
Officialdom. When big boss come to Beijing(the Asian center), There is no flexible time then. Limit of benefits of networking technical. Hard to transfer to another aspects in CS several years later.
