They absolutely do not care about their employees. You could the entire up-line rooting for you and calling you their golden boy, then one bad day and they're treating you like bottom of the barrel and toss you to the side. They don't really care about their employees and are mostly looking for cookie cutter employees who will just take whatever and not ask questions.
